Please make checks payable to Horizons Residential Care Center. Each set consists of 8 blank cards with envelopes and costs $10. Horizons has a very special opportunity to own a sample of artwork created by one of our residents. Amanda Mohler, a resident at our Atrium Facility, created several pieces of beautiful artwork when she was 11 years old. After her injury, her family decided to collect pieces of her work and place them on note cards to sell as a fundraiser to help offset expenses associated with her care. Today, her family would like to sell these sets of note cards to help all residents living at Horizons.
